Don't BCBAs only work with students with disabilities?

This is one of the biggest misconceptions of how a BCBA can support schools. While BCBAs do have specialized knowledge and training in supporting students with disabilities, our understanding of behavior principles, data analysis, and evidence-based practices can benefit all STUDENTS and STAFF. Collaboration between BCBAs and staff can improve classroom management, create inclusive environments, and promote positive behavior school-wide.
